1. You must be of full age to become a Top-Member.
2. You are allowed and agree to watch pornographic and homosexual content without prior warning.
3. You will not give neither your access data nor direct web adresses nor downloaded content to unauthorised persons.
4. Acting as a moderator or a helper to examine and rate or unlock user content, you will read and follow the rules carefully in order to ensure an effective protection of minors.
5. The Top-Membership fee is for age verification, hosting, programming and maintenance of this site. You do neither pay for any sexual content nor you buy any copyrights.
6. The Activity discount is given based on the fact that the appreciated content complys with our terms and that it is still available after upgrading.
7. Any violations of these terms and conditions can lead to a ban of your username, of your IP-address, to a loss of Top-Membership without refund, to the deletion of your entire profile or to a report to the police.
8. Website bugs, loss of data or temporary unavailability gives no right to any refunds. Changes of prices and functionality are always possible.
9. There is no refund on membership fees. We will not be liable for any damages. You use this site at your own risk.

General membership terms and conditions (for all users):

1. gaYmeBoys/ZURIGAY is an open platform for gays and friends. If you have any problems with homosexual content then please leave this site.
2. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONTENT THAT YOU PROVIDE TO THIS SITE AND THAT IT IS NOT AGAINST ANY LAW OF YOUR AND OUR COUNTRY.
3. The basic membership is for free. Extended functionality (Top-Membership) is optionally available for adults.
4. We do not tolerate any illegal content within texts and images in particular no call to sex with minors (StGB 187: Sex and the misguidance to sexual actions with minors under 16 years with an age difference of more than 3 years render liable to prosecution), no pornography showing sex with minors, animals, human excrements (StGB 197: even pictures of piss sex are illegal in Switzerland!), and no call to discrimination, hate, violence or drug abuse. Callboys under 16 are not allowed.
5. Indications of age cannot be verified. You are responsible for verifying the majority of your partners. It's illegal to ask minors for any sexual actions.
6. Be tolerant and treat others with respect. It is not all about sex. If somebody says no you must accept this. Harassments can be reported over the feedback form in the INFO menue.
7. Your profile and all the data you provide can be viewed worldwide according to your privacy settings. By uploading data you agree to its publication. gaYmeBoys does not guarantee data security against hackers.
8. User profiles may be designed anonymously. You are not allowed to pretend someone else's identity by using his name or picture.
9. gaYmeBoys reserves the right to edit, disable or delete any illegal, offensive, duplicate, senseless, unreadable or otherwise inappropriate content and if nessessary the profile of its author without warning.
10. Any violations of these terms and conditions can lead to a ban of your username, of your IP-address, to a loss of Top-Membership without refund, to the deletion of your entire profile or to a report to the police.
11. There is no guarantee for any service. We will not be liable for any damages. You use this site at your own risk.
12. These Membership Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive court of jurisdiction is Uster.

We need a credit card payment to verify your age. If you are adult but don't have a credit card and if you agree to the Membership terms and conditions and want to become a Top-Member, then send us a copy of a valid ID card that shows you with a picture and your date of birth, together with an indication of your username to this address:
