Pornography and protection of minors
Switzerland has a very strong penal law. So it's absolutely forbidden to show sexual pictures to minors under 16 and it doesn't matter if somebody thinks that he might be old enough to watch pornography or not. The only way to see adult content at Zurigay is to prove your age by paying the Top-Membership with a valid credit card.
We know that many young guys realise that they might be gay before 16 and want to find out more about homosexuality. So we decided to open the chat and general information page even to minors because otherwise they just would cheat with the indication of their age. By checking all uploaded pictures we can assure that no one under 16 can watch X-rated pics but it happenes quite often that minors try to upload nude pics of their own.
Please note that even if it is legal for boys in Switzerland to have sex with other boys in the same age it is absolutely forbidden to take pictures of what you do and to upload them to a Swiss website. If we find members unter 16 with nude pics in their profiles we have to delete your pics or delete your profile.
